Dr. Cho and her staff are amazing. Keren is extremely proactive and on top of it, and I really appreciated that she got my insurance information before I came in and ran it for coverage, and showed me a preview of what insurance would cover for my next visit. Debra is so funny and silly, she makes sitting in the chair go by super quick. In the first five minutes of meeting her, you feel as if you've known her for years and could talk for hours together! Dr. Cho is also great, she has a warm friendly smile that puts you at ease. She explains procedures before starting them, sits with you to go over your x-rays, and makes sure to address your questions/concerns. She's great at explaining what treatment options you have and why they're necessary. All three of these women run a tight ship, and manage to do so with smiles and laughter. I don't know why all dentist offices don't operate this way--it seems like a no brainer after visiting Dr. Cho. I loved going here and will be recommending!

Only 1000 characters? Not enough to fully convey my superb experience with Dr. Nami Cho and her staff Debbie and Karen. They were all very friendly, and not the “so friendly that they make you feel awkward” types either. Very professional and courteous. They do not upsell, very accomodating and make you and your well-being their #1 priority. Dr. Cho is very skilled, efficient and a superb listener. She listens to all your concerns and factors them in completely before giving advice or treatment. All questions are thoroughly answered and explained. She does not assume what the best treatment is; she KNOWS. I never dislked dental visits, but she made mine supremely pleasant and superb all around. Thank you Dr. Cho, Debbie and Karen!

I was lucky enough to be recommended to Dr. Cho by a co-worker. She's gentle, professional and has excellent bedside manner.
